1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item:

     
  • Is unused and in its original condition

  • Has not been installed or modified
    •  
  • Is returned in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories

Note: Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper installation are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@atvbox.store with the following information:

     
  • Your order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return
    •  
  • Reason for return
    •  
  • Photos (if applicable)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7โ€“10 business days.

Please note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.
