What we process and why
Orders: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and the products you buy, to perform the contract, ship the goods and keep accounting records (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)). Your card details are entered on the Stripe page and are never seen or stored by us.
Inquiries: the details you enter in the contact form, to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f)).
Your basket and chosen delivery country are stored only in your browser’s local storage for up to 30 days; they contain no contact or payment data. With your permission, Google Analytics (usage statistics) and Google Ads (campaign measurement) set cookies. Both stay off until you choose Allow in the cookie banner; you can change your choice at any time via Cookie preferences at the bottom of every page. Google may process this data in the United States.
Service providers and transfers
Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and order status records, which contain no contact data) and Titan (email). Some providers process data in the United States; transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. Shipping data is passed to the postal carrier to deliver your parcel.
Retention and your rights
Order emails and payment records are kept as long as needed for the order, warranty and legal accounting obligations, then deleted. Abuse-prevention metadata is deleted after 7 days.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data and to data portability. Write to mail@atvbox.store. You may also complain to the data-protection authority of your country.
