Shipping
Where we ship, how long it takes and what it costs.
Destinations and cost
We ship by EMS international post to 36 European countries listed at checkout. Delivery is free to 27 of them. For Germany, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Ireland, Cyprus, Malta and Iceland a shipping supplement is shown in your basket and at checkout. For Gibraltar, Jersey and other destinations, contact us for a quote.
We do not ship to Russia, Belarus or other CIS countries through this store.
Timing
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 3 to 4 business days after payment. EMS delivery to Europe usually takes 3 to 4 weeks. We email your tracking number when the parcel is dispatched.
Customs, import VAT and duties
Parcels are sent from outside the EU. Depending on your country’s rules, import VAT, customs duties or clearance fees may be charged on arrival. They are set by your local authorities, are not included in the order total and are paid by the recipient. The carrier may contact you to arrange payment before delivery.
Fuel cans
All fuel cans are shipped new, empty and unused. Never return a can that has contained fuel without agreeing the return with us first.
