What happens if a product is faulty.
Legal guarantee
Consumers in the EU and EEA have a statutory legal guarantee of at least 2 years from delivery for lack of conformity. If a product is defective, we repair or replace it, or — where that is not possible — refund it, at no cost to you, including shipping.
How to claim
Write to order@atvbox.store with your order reference, the product SKU, a short description and photos of the problem. We reply within one working day with the next steps. Please do not send goods back before we confirm the return address.

Mounting instructions, materials and kit contents are listed on each product page as provided by the manufacturer. A fuel can is described as UN/ADR certified only where a matching manufacturer document exists; ask us for documentation before purchase if you need it.
