Terms of sale
These terms apply to purchases made on ATVBOX.store.
Orders and contract
You place an order by completing payment on the secure Stripe checkout page. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation email after successful payment. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we inform you promptly and refund the full amount paid for it.
You may cancel an order free of charge within 5 business days after payment, as long as it has not been dispatched — write to order@atvbox.store with your order reference.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros (EUR). Shipping is shown in the basket and at checkout before you pay: free EMS delivery to most listed European countries, or a shipping supplement for some destinations.
Goods are shipped from outside the EU. Prices do not include import VAT, customs duties or carrier clearance fees; where they apply, they are charged by the authorities or the carrier on delivery and paid by the recipient.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Fitment
Each product page lists the vehicles and cargo boxes it is designed for. Please check your model and year before ordering, and contact us if you are unsure — we are happy to confirm fitment before you buy. Photos may show installation examples or other color versions.
Your rights and applicable law
Your statutory consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee described in our Returns and Warranty pages, are not limited by these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
